Launch season is around the corner. Especially if you're an online course creator, September is peak launch season.
As a launch strategist and copywriter with 15+ years of experience in 6- and 7-figure launches, I thrive on the adrenaline rush of launching.
But not everyone is like me. 😂
In fact, most of our clients bring me on because they swing between finding launches stressful or positively hating them. 🤷🏻♀️
So... if you're like them, may I recommend setting up these oft-overlooked systems right now and sparing yourself a ton of stress while making more money, too?
While my list of strategies and systems for profit-rich launches is long, looking at the current launch landscape, I'd recommend starting with these 3.
Caveat: These are in addition to the usual launch systems of messaging alignment, offer optimization, prelaunch, etc. They don't replace them.
System 1: Testimonial gathering and organization
You have no idea how many clients I meet with who have testimonials floating all over their Google Drive, Tally, Notion accounts. Hey, I've been one of them. I totally get it.
But in an age where social proof is reigning supreme as a trust-builder ... gathering and organizing it is key. 🔥
Because when you need to highlight social proof that handles objections, you aren't scrambling. When you need to share a segment-specific case study, you won't have to wonder where to look.
Social proof, right now, is your best friend for driving sales across the board.
Luckily, for you, I have a full in-depth post walking you through the different ways to do this.
System 2: AI Audience focus groups
I've been using AI audience focus groups since early 2023. I highly recommend setting these up if you want to stress-test your offer, copy, messaging, or all of these through the lens of different buyer mindsets.
For instance, what would trip a comparer up versus a skeptic? Or what would someone who has to consult with her partner need to see in order to make a decision? Will a skimmer understand your offer?
Testing your copy, messaging, or even your offer before you share it helps you identify and remove friction points and create ease-of-buying points instead. 💯
Also? Listen .. A/B testing or split testing is great. But it doesn't give you the full picture.
Audience focus group testing tells you not only what worked but WHY it worked too.
And while you can absolutely hire me to create these for you, you can start with this FREE Think Like Your Buyer prompt pack that I created for you.
Want to hire me instead? Fill out this short form to book time with me.
System 3: New student onboarding
You know the easiest segment to sell to? Existing customers. BUT most course creators treat new student or new client onboarding as an after-thought.
Not you though. 🙌🏼
Peek at what I'd include in your onboarding emails so you create a student experience that makes them want to continue working with you!
Which one would you be setting up first? Tap 'reply' to share with me.
Cheering you on,

P.S. I'm jumping back on the yap train after our Bangkok trip and one of my mini-series is going to be on sales systems for stress-free launches. Do follow me on Instagram and turn on notifications or add me to favorites so you don't miss a thing!
P.P.S. If the idea of learning how to set up and use AI audience focus groups sounds exciting to you, would you be interested in a small group LIVE workshop where I share my complete process and workflow with you? I'm thinking about doing this in September. Interested? Tap 'reply' and I'll send you the details as soon as we've ironed them out.
P.P.P.S. Another thing that Mayank and I are mulling over is bringing back our much-loved 2:1 business growth and strategy offer, Intentionally Profitable, but with an AI twist. Business growth and strategy shared by us. Implementation accelerated by AI.
This will be a 6-month thing. 15 people max. Very hands-on. Focusing on systems so you work less, earn more, create offers that sell friction-free, and have the positioning and sales systems for a profit-rich, burnout-proof business. Curious? Tap 'reply' and we'll share the details once we have them all finalized.
As much as I adore AI, I adore writing more. Which is why this email, typos and all (like all our emails), was typed furiously by me on my trusty MacBook Air M4 at 8:39 AM today, right after I came back from my walk.
You're on our list because you either signed up for one of our free resources, found us via a podcast interview or a guest expert masterclass, or are signed up for one of our paid programs. Either way, we're delighted to have you with us and look forward to sharing our AI strategies, copywriting tips and business growth advice as well as affiliate products (marked with an *) with you on a regularish basis. - Mayank and Prerna |
