Earlier this month, we opened doors to the first Claude Business Accelerator cohort. 55 spots. We sold out. 🥳 This was our 2nd sold out launch this year. The first was Claude for Conversions in March. Also 55 spots. Also sold out in days. 🙌🏼 And here's the common thread for both of them, aside from the fact that they are Claude-focused: Both programs have a very clear outcome. The offer is ridiculously simple to understand. I've said this for the longest time, but no amount of shiny strategy or sexy copy can save a sad offer. That's why, when I'm auditing a launch or an evergreen funnel, or writing copy for one, I always start with the offer. Anyway, that segue aside, here's a tell-all look at this launch that made us $32945 in a span of 10 days. In a NutshellThe offer: Claude Business Accelerator (CBA) is a cohort-style 4-week container where clients walk away with business-ready, strategy-first, pre-built Skills so they have a ready-to-roll AI Team. Peek at the page here. We had two tiers: Premium and Private. The launch price was $599 and $1949, respectively, with payment plans for both. Pricing is a BIG part of offer creation and optimization. Our pricing for this was spot on. At least for the premium tier. (More on that below). We had multiple clients tell us that the price made it an "easy yes." Launch mechanism: Webinar. Yes, they still work. 😂 My webinar walked attendees through setting up Cowork and then also gave them a pre-built, curated newsletter skill. Cart Open: May 5, 2026, 10 AM EST Cart Close: May 14, 2026, 11:59 PM EST Sales Page Conversion: We started at 6% conversion when we opened it to our past customers. But by the end of the launch, we wrapped up with conversion at 3.55% which isn't shabby either. Fun fact: The sales page for CBA was built in Lovable but coded in Claude! Making changes to it during the launch was SO easy and quick! What Worked During this Launch📧 Emails. Hands down. Full disclosure: I write all my emails, and it was the same for this launch, too. I had TONS of fun with every email, and it paid off. Conditional messaging is my go-to for sending segment-specific emails without duplicating the work. Highly recommend using it. 57% of CBA clients heard about it from our emails. LOVE that! I did send more emails than usual this launch, and it paid off. Most days, I sent 2 emails, and on the last day, I sent 5. However, multiple clients told us they loved the non-pushy yet persuasive emails. So YAY! 🤝🏼 Partnering with peers. I reached out to a few peers, pretty much at the last minute, and asked if they'd be willing to share the masterclass with their audience, and nearly all of them said yes. The result was that we not only added 400 new folks to our email list, but we also had a handful of affiliate sales. 17% of our CBA clients heard about it from a fellow entrepreneur. 🎁 Adding a mid-cart bonus. This wasn't on the cards, but we knew there was a need for it, so during mid-cart, we added the Social Content Director bonus. That definitely led to a big spike in sales. 👀 Social media. Even though I wasn't able to do as much social content as I'd have wanted to, the little that I did do brought in 6% of the sales across FB, IG, and LinkedIn. Now ... What didn't work🔨 Tech tools. From the Kit add-to-calendar showing the webinar as a day earlier than scheduled to ThriveCart not auto-applying the coupons, it ALL happened during this launch. Luckily, Mayank and I have been doing this for 15 years, so we know not to get frazzled. (Okay, fine, he knows not to get frazzled, I still lose my mind. 😂) 🪜The two tiers. The private tier got nibbles but no bites. ALL 55 sales were for the Premium tier. The role AI played in this LaunchWhile I'm clear that AI didn't touch any copy assets during this launch other than building the sales page and neither did it act as our customer support, it did play a pretty sweet role. 🔢 Launch Debrief Dashboard: Claude built me a launch debrief dashboard in Notion that would auto-update every day with sales, and I used the Kit MCP (more on this soon!) to even pull all the emails I'd send and add their content and metrics to the dashboard. PLUS, I used the Tally MCP to pull the intake form responses and identify which responses to use in emails, verbatim VOC for the next launch, etc. ALL in one dashboard. I had a scheduled task set up for this and didn't have to worry about updating anything. This email was a breeze to write because of this dashboard. 👩🏻💻 Webinar Slide Design: You already know I built the sales page with Claude Code and Lovable. But I also built my entire webinar slide deck in Claude Design. It took me less than an hour to have my entire deck with 77 slides ALL done and designed perfectly. 🖼️Image Design: This AI Org Chart image? Made in Claude chat, not Cowork. Whipping up a quick image, even in Canva, can take me hours. Talking to Claude and having it create it for me in a few minutes feels incredibly freeing! AND ... again, multiple CBA clients shared how THIS image was the one that sold CBA to them. ALL of this to say ... 1️⃣ Launch mechanisms, like webinars and challenges, still work. BUT you need to approach them differently. 2️⃣ Your offer is the cornerstone and how you position and package it will make ALL the difference. 3️⃣ Tech will throw a tantrum. Prepare for it. Or don't. But don't freak out. 4️⃣ A mid-cart bonus is always a good idea for longer cart open periods. 5️⃣ You can sell an AI program and not use AI for everything. Launches aren't dead, my friend. Just like webinars aren't dead. Or online courses. 🔥 I'll cry myself hoarse yelling about this. What is dead is using the same, tired playbook but expecting different results. If you're looking to launch this Fall, I'm booking launch strategy, messaging, and copy projects for July-August, and we can also chat about building custom AI tools for either your team or your students. Fill out the short form here and let's chat. Cheering you on,
